On 22nd September, students of class V visited Post Office in Naraina. It was a very enriching and informative visit .Post Master of Naraina greeted the students and he himself explained them the functioning of Post office. Students were made aware of various saving schemes, saving certificates of post office, post distribution system, and the symbol of Indian post. Everything was precisely explained to them. The importance of saving money was very well explained. Little Salwanians were encouraged to open accounts in the post office. They were given forms of core banking. Students were not only shown post office stamps but they were also told about their uses. The working of the Business center of Post office was explained. Students were very excited to see the working of a new machine called Franking Machine (internet stamping machine) which stamped 1000 letter in a blink of eye.
